• What is an escape room?
  An interactive, live-action puzzle adventure where your team works together to solve clues and complete your mission before time runs out
• How long is the experience?
  Our games are 70 minutes long, to include a 10-minute check-in for waivers, and instructions
• How many people can play?
  This room can accommodate up to 8 players. We have a variety of escape room themes and minimum/maximum players. Check each room’s page for specific capacity limits
• Do we play with strangers?
  No — all bookings are private. It’s just you and your team
• Is it scary?
  This is a non-scary theme appropriate for families and players of all ages
• Is it physically demanding?
  Our games involve walking, bending, and searching. There’s no climbing or heavy lifting, and our staff is happy to assist with accessibility needs
• Can kids play?
  Yes! Some rooms are family-friendly, while others are best for ages 13+. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian
• What if we’re late?
  Arriving late may cut into your 60 minutes of gameplay. No refunds for missed time
• What should we bring?
  Just your wits! No outside tools, flashlights, or cell phone use is allowed during the game
• Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?
  You may reschedule or receive a refund with at least 24 hours’ notice
• Can we take photos inside the room?
  No — we want to keep the puzzles a surprise for future players

No same day cancellations or time changes allowed. Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
